The Devil is in the Details

While borrowing Chelsea's car, Stevie has a bit of a bumper-tapper and breaks one of  the car's brake lights. Then, she gets pulled over and given a "fix-it ticket". She assumes that all she has to do is get it fixed, which she does. She fails to notice the not-so-small detail of "Notice to Appear" at the top of the ticket, which means that after she fixed the brake light, she was supposed to have it inspected. She didn't. Chelsea got a hold of license notice and a sizable bail she had to post before seeing a judge and proving the problem has been fixed! This is another hard learning moment for naughty Stevie! She takes a long OTK hand spanking, followed by a brisk hairbrush spanking!
