Neighborhood Gossip - Part Two

If one spanking didn't do it maybe two will? Chelsea catches Harley on the phone gossiping with a neighbor, yet again. This ugly flair up has it consequences, of course. Chelsea shames Harley into taking down her jeans and over Chelsea's knee the little gossip goes. A hand spanking is a good start, but Chelsea decides this second incident requires a paddling, too!
